The name K?lsch is protected by law: only beers brewed in and around Cologne may bear the name. FRüH K?lsch is brewed according to the original recipe of the founder Peter Josef Früh, following the German Beer Purity Law of 1516. It is topfermented, crisp and refreshing with a dry hop finish and a light golden colour. FRüH K?lsch has been awarded the worldâs toughest beer seal to obtain – the âSlow Brewingâ seal – and produces one of the best K?lsch beers in the world.
